About our Adult Fitness Hoops: Our fitness hoops are hand crafted, one at a time, in Charleston South Carolina with all USA manufactured products. These hoops are made larger for adults looking for low impact aerobic exercise. Designed by bodywork therapist, DL Paul, the intention of our hoops is to help adult women and men de-stress, get a little movement into their day and add a little fun to their life. No matter how much or how little there is to love of you, we believe that we can design a hoop that you can enjoy. As with all dance movement and exercise, please check with your physician or health care provider before hooping your way to happiness. If you do not know how to safely use a hoop, please seek professional advice before using our hoops. We are happy to provide a beginning class for your group or event. Even though it will make you feel young again, don't leave your hoop laying around on the floor where you will trip over it. Okay, you get the point. 	Beach Babies These hoops are usually purchased in matching sets of two as mini or poi hoops. Pictured here - inside our Island Pro hoop - Beach Babies are hoops for isolation work on the arms, legs and for trick hooping. Some of our fans also use them for bean bag toss and ring pole games. The possibilities are endless. These hoops are lighter and made from U.S. manufactured materials. We will happily design a small hoop to fit your size needs.
